This policy supplements the Terms of Service. It applies to every member of a firm and to all content entered, uploaded or generated in Veille.

1. Principles

Veille is a professional regulatory watch tool. Use it in good faith, for your QSE consulting work, in compliance with applicable law, the rights of third parties and the confidentiality owed to your clients.

2. Content you upload

You may upload texts our sources did not collect, existing registers, audit reports, fact evidence and logos. You warrant that:

  • you hold the necessary rights in these files (for example, do not upload the full text of a paid standard without a licence);
  • the information about your clients is accurate to the best of your knowledge and processed in accordance with applicable law;
  • the files contain no malware, no individual health data and no data unrelated to the engagement.

We may refuse a file whose format, size or content puts the Service at risk.

3. Your clients’ data

Your clients’ profiles, sites, facts, registers and contacts are confidential. Share them only with people who need them, invite into the firm only people bound by confidentiality, and remove access for members who leave the firm. Report recipients must have been informed of the sending.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not:

  1. present the Service’s proposals as definitive legal advice or pass a deliverable to a client without reviewing it;
  2. circumvent approval controls, roles or plan limits;
  3. access or attempt to access another firm’s data;
  4. scrape the Service (bots, automated collection) outside the export features provided;
  5. resell access to the Service or make it available to third parties who are not members;
  6. test the Service’s security without our prior written consent (write to security@asrar.example);
  7. use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities or activities that infringe the rights of others;
  8. try to make the AI engine produce misleading content, or insert instructions meant to hijack its behaviour.

5. Reports and measures

Report any content or behaviour contrary to this policy to abuse@asrar.example. Depending on severity, we may remove content, suspend a member or a firm and, as a last resort, terminate the agreement. We inform you of the measure and its reasons unless the law or security prevents it, and you can contest the decision by replying to our message.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; previous versions remain available.

In case of discrepancy between this English version and the French version, the French version prevails.
