How Asrar processes the personal data of Veille users, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 and the GDPR.

Asrar Studio SARL (“Asrar”) processes the personal data needed to provide Veille. Contact: privacy@asrar.example.
1. Data processed
Account data (name, email, hashed password, language), firm and role data, content entered by members, consent evidence, technical logs and emails sent.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Providing the Service (performance of the contract), securing it (legitimate interest), proving consents (legal obligation) and, with your consent, measuring audience and sending you product news.
3. Recipients
Your firm’s authorised members, our authorised staff and our subprocessors. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
While you use the Service, then according to the applicable legal periods.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability depending on the case, by writing to privacy@asrar.example. You can contact the Moroccan National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
In case of discrepancy between this English version and the French version, the French version prevails.
