The agreement between your firm and Asrar Studio SARL for the use of Veille, a QSE regulatory watch assistant.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Asrar Studio SARL, a Société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) with its registered office at 00 Boulevard Placeholder, Floor 4, 20000 Casablanca, Morocco (“Asrar”). They govern the use of Veille (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use & Content Policy. We keep evidence of your acceptance.
2. The Service
Veille collects the texts published by official sources, summarises them citing their passages, extracts obligations, proposes the clients concerned and prepares regulatory watch reports and registers of applicable texts.
3. Accounts and firms
You provide accurate information, protect your credentials and are responsible for your account’s activity. The creator of a firm is its owner and manages its members and plan.
4. Decision support
The Service is a decision-support tool. It does not provide legal advice. The Service’s proposals must be checked by a consultant before being passed on to a client, and the firm remains responsible for the deliverables it provides.
5. Your content
You keep your rights in the content you enter or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train artificial-intelligence models.
6. Plans and billing
The Service is offered in Solo and Cabinet plans, billed monthly in advance. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
7. Termination
You can terminate at any time. We may suspend an account in case of a serious breach. You can export your registers and reports before your firm is closed.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last twelve months and excludes indirect damage, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
10. Contact
In case of discrepancy between this English version and the French version, the French version prevails.
